The work integrates hydrology, public health, agriculture, energy, manufacturing, data-centre, trade and financial-risk evidence. It separates scarcity from service failure, withdrawals from consumption, and physical risk from governance risk.
Analytical framework
The research develops a twelve-domain Water Security Systems Framework, a Water Security Resilience Index concept and a Strategic Water Exposure Score for structured analysis of systems, assets and sectors.
Strategic value
The central proposition places water inside national economic strategy, corporate capital allocation and infrastructure planning rather than treating water as a narrow environmental topic.
Evidence boundary
The work is independent research with an evidence cut-off of 20 September 2026. Its frameworks are analytical tools and require local calibration before operational use.
