Public professional recordEvidence before assertion.

Context, operating philosophy and professional scope presented for executive review.

01

Foundation in regulated service

The career began in financial services, where accuracy, client trust, controls and consistency were daily disciplines. Digital-strategy work then added client communication, commercial thinking and the ability to translate between creative, technical and business priorities.

02

Six AGM roles, five progression steps

Since joining AGM Inc. in 2020, responsibility has moved from Administration Secretary through Liaison Manager, Deputy Administration Manager, Liaison Manager, Liaison Director – Corporate & Compliance, and the current Liaison Director – Social Responsibility / ESG mandate. Each transition expanded the mix of external affairs, compliance, government engagement, operational coordination and ESG responsibility.

03

Management development

Professional development includes selection for Zijin Mining Group’s First Non-Chinese Employee Training at headquarters in March–April 2023 and selection for the Management Reserve Program in 2023, adding group-level exposure to culture, management expectations and international operations.

04

Leadership approach

The working style is stakeholder-first, evidence-led and calm under pressure. Start with the business objective, regulatory requirement and stakeholder expectation, assign clear ownership, document commitments and keep the response aligned with governance, safety and operating reality.
